Peggy Elvington Odle, of Slidell, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010.

She was the beloved wife of Edward J. Odle; mother of Miles “Sonny” Odle (Joy), Peggy O. Cornibe (L.J.) and Micah Odle; stepmother of Harry Wayne Odle (Linda), Jane O. Miller (Dwight), Lowell “Jack” Odle (Kathy), Geneva O. Bogaus (Billy Joe), Juda O. Cordle (Dennis) and Thomas “Tommy” Odle; sister of Polly James, Bill Elvington, Max Elvington, Gail Benson, Tony Elvington, the late Christine Rainey, Jody Elvington, Judy Elvington and Hilda Duke and sister-in-law of Bonnie O. Sigman. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. W. (in Forest Lawn Cemetery), Slidell.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until service time. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
