Lovenia “Vonnie” Jenkins Spencer passed away Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010. She was born Aug. 20, 1929, to the late John Jackson and Lydia Syrine Jenkins and has been a life resident of Covington.

She is survived by one brother and a number of loving nieces and nephews.
