Parents of teenage girls have been faced with the age-old question of how much makeup and what kind should they use? Sometimes, a young teen will experiment until she looks like a clown with big dots on her cheeks where no blush is needed.

To help alleviate these difficulties, Mark Anthony Institute is offering a beauty camp for those 13 years of age and older.

Young ladies will learn how to accentuate their best features and which colors are best for them. The camp is set for Monday 9 a.m. to noon or 1-4 p.m. For more information and registration, call 727-5574.

" Wow! Just another example of how lazy people have gotten. Next thing you know, there'll be a camp to teach kids how to tie their shoes. For what this camp will cost, you could probably take your daughter to the beauty counter at Dillard's. They'll help pick colors and you can buy the products, all the while spending time with your kid. "
