Agegnehu Tsega, address unknown, was arrested and charged with the one felony count after an investigation by the Attorney General’s financial and computer crimes unit. Forensic computer experts seized a Huward Packard computer and hard drive and found images and/or videos “of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct” on Tsega’s computer hard drive, according to the indictment.
If convicted, Tsega faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, a lifetime of supervised release and a $250,000 fine. He may also be required to register as a sex offender.

Jan Mann, first assistant attorney to Letten, remained hush concerning other details of the case. The AG’s office is bound by law prohibiting to discuss case facts while prosecutors prepare for trial, she said. Tsega is currently being held by immigration authorities for immigration violations.
